Registration for 2025 Creative Arts is now open.

Please visit us in the Whittemore Building during the El Paso County Fair to see all our amazing entries.

Entry Deadline is Friday, June 20th.

Drop Off Dates & Times

The drop off location for all items will be the Whittemore Building at the El Paso County Fairgrounds.
Address: 366 10th Street, Calhan, CO 80808.

Hobby Division – Departments 101 through 113
• Friday, June 27th from 9am – 12pm
• Saturday, June 28th from 9am - 12pm

Hobby Division – Department 201 (Quilting)
• Saturday June 28th from 9am - 12pm
• Judging will be on Saturday, June 29th beginning at 1pm

Pantry Division – All Departments
• Thursday, July 10th from 9am-11am
• Judging will begin on Thursday, July 10th at 11:30 am

2025 Creative Arts Submission

Please see the separate documents for Hobby Classes & Pantry Classes as well as the Premium and Regulations document, as you will need these to register.

The Entry format:
First enter the division number (1 for Hobby Division or 2 for Pantry Division)
Then enter the department number, then the class number.
Division# - Department# - Class# --> 1 - 111 - 1111

Entry Format Example:
If you are entering a Watercolor - Portrait from the Hobby Division this is how you would enter it.
1-101-105

If you are entering a some Canned Applesauce from the Pantry Division this is how you would enter it.
2-210-2101

A $7 fee will apply to all registrations, you may enter up to 5 items per registration and you may have multiple registrations, however, you may only enter one item per class.

Each registration should only feature items by one person.
