Welcome to the Creative Arts at the El Paso County Fair!

Each year, we celebrate the incredible talent and imagination of our community through a wide variety of creative arts exhibits. From painting and photography to woodworking, crafts, and more—your work brings heart, color, and character to the Fair.

We invite artists and creators of all ages and skill levels to showcase their talents and be part of this cherished tradition. Whether you're a returning exhibitor or entering for the first time, we’re excited to celebrate your creativity.

Drop Off Dates & Times

The drop off location for all items will be the Whittemore Building at the El Paso County Fairgrounds.
Address: 366 10th Street, Calhan, CO 80808.

Hobby Division – Departments 101 through 113
• Friday, June 19th from 9am – 12pm

• Saturday, June 20th from 9am - 12pm

Hobby Division – Department 201 (Quilting)
• Saturday, June 20th from 9am - 12pm

• Judging will be on Saturday, June 20th beginning at 1pm

Pantry Division – All Departments
• Thursday, July 9th from 9am-11am

Please see the separate documents for Hobby Classes & Pantry Classes as well as the Premium and Regulations document, as you will need these to register.

A $7 fee will apply to all registrations, you may enter up to 5 items per registration and you may have multiple registrations, however, you may only enter one item per class.

Each registration should only feature items by one person.
