2026 County Fair Vendor Application

Please review the Vendor Handbook before applying to the county Fair. Once reviewed, please complete the online Vendor Form for the 2026 County Fair.

Upon approval, vendor details & payment instructions will be sent via email. If you are a new Vendor, please include photo's of your booth set up or a description/diagram if you do not have photos.

Food Vendor Pricing
Vendor Row & Grandstands - $1375.00
Whittemore Hill & Swink Hall - $1000.00

Novelty Food Pricing
One food item that does not constitute a meal - $750.00

Outdoor Merchandise/Informational Booth (all spaces 20ft deep)
8-Day: Total frontage footage ___ x $20/ft (ex. 20ft frontage x $20 = $400.00)
Daily: Total frontage footage ___ x $25/ft
110V outlet - $50.00

Indoor Merchandise/Informational Booth (includes 110V)
8-Day:10ft frontage x 8ft depth - $340.00
Daily: 10ft frontage x 8ft depth - $100.00

Vendor Camping (limited spaces available)
10- day camping - $200.00
