2023 Holiday Vendor Application

The 2023 El Paso County Country Holiday Fair will be held on Saturday, Dec. 9th from 2pm-7pm at the El Paso County Fair & Events Center in the Whittemore Bldg and Swink Hall. We are also inviting vendors who can operate outdoors to help us build a shopping/food walkway between the two Buildings. Power for these spaces is very limited, generators are allowed. Outdoor spaces have no length limitation, but please provide space dimensions so we can place you appropriately. One 8' Table & 2 Chairs per space are included, additional tables & chairs must be reserved & paid for with your space payment.

Santa & Cookie Decorating will be located in Swink Hall
Farley the Scottish Highlander, Kyle the Alpaca, and Kids crafts will be located in Whittemore.
