Demolition Derby

Important Driver Information:

  • Registration is $50 for car and driver.
  • Early registration before July 8th at 4:30 pm will receive one pit pass free (worth $25) with completed entry form and $50 fee.
  • Pit gate will open on July 31st at 9:00 am.
  • Car registration will end at 4:30 pm, south pit gate will close and move to the east pit gate.
  • Car inspections will end at 5:00 pm.
  • Mandatory Drivers Meeting will be at 5:15 pm under tent.
  • All Judges will take a lunch break between 12:00 pm and 12:30 pm, no inspections during these times.
  • All winners are REQUIRED to fill out and sign a W-9 before receiving their purse check!

New Derby Event for 2010

Tug of War Rules

  • Last event of the demo derby.
  • Your car must have participated in the derby.
  • The purse for this event is $300.
  • First 8 cars to the arena will be entered into the event.
  • Cars/trucks will pair up.
  • The car owner of each car will hook their own car up to the cable.  Judges will check to make sure the hook up is secure.
  • The car that drags their opponent’s car across the line first wins.
  • 2 heats of 4 car/trucks.  The final 2 will tug against each other.
